Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the electronic items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the devices in their original manufacturer box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
